Heli-bike the 800m descent from the peak of Mt Miserable over 15km through Glencoe Run and the Herbert Forest mountain bike tracks.
Van Shuttles also available for the Herbert Forest tracks.

Venue
The Glencoe Gravity Base Camp is located 25 minutes south of Oamaru on Reid Rd, Herbert.

We build and maintain a network of singletrack in North Otago. We run a few races, Herbert shuttle days and casual club rides where all are welcome. Herbert Forest now has 22km of tracks that features hand & digger built singletrack for all skill levels, particularly intermediate and above. There are 360 vertical metres of gravity to play with from the top - a 5km singletrack descent right back to your car!
Nick Scott Contracting is a locally owned and operated business who can take care of your baling, earthworks and transport needs. They have extensive experience with track formation and maintenance and have trucks available for gravel cartage.

We also do e-bike hire from the shop too. There are some great day rides from Oamaru on the Alps 2 Ocean and along the coast.
